Should the foreskin retract and uncover
the glans during the intercourse or
masturbation? If it does not, is it a case
of phimosis and should be treated? If yes,
then what are possible types of
treatment?

When a penis is full erect, the foreskin
should retract and uncover the penis’s
head. In cases of fimosis, this action is
impossible causes and erection to be
painful. Operative treatment is necessary
only if an erection is painful and sex is
difficult. Operative treatment is defined
as circumcision, or foreskin removal. You
can consult a urologist about the
condition and to correctly diagnose the
symptoms.
