It first seems that you don’t have to be concerned about a possible pregnancy because the pregnancy test is negative. However, if you are not pregnant then you should be concerned about menstrual cycle irregularity. If you don’t get your period in the next 2 months you SHOULD visit your gynecologist. Other than pregnancy, the persistence of hormonally active ovarian cyst can cause cycle irregularity (period delay). No menstrual cycle and pregnancy test are negative - should I be concerned?
