Over the past few days, I have had a dull
pain in both of my nuts. They appear to
be bigger as well. Also, they usually
hang pretty low but recently my sack is
hanging right under my shaft and is
tightly balled up.
I have not masturbated or had intercourse
in about a week. Befoer I was doing so
quite often. I think this may be 'blue
balls' but am not sure. If so, what is
'blue balls,' and what is the remedy?
If not, then what else could this be and
what should I do?

Blue balls is actually caused when a man
is stimulated but not allowed to
ejaculate. It can cause dull pain and a
"full" feeling.
I think this is something else.

It does sound like something other than
blue balls. The pain from those usually
disappears by the next day or when you
masturbate. You might have to see a doctor
to check what is causing (1) the dull pain
and, (2) the tightness of your sack. If
your tesicles seem bigger, maybe they are
swollen for some reason too. Get it
checked out.

Sounds like it could be epididimytis(sp?).
Its when the sac part near your testes
gets swollen. It can be caused by either
chlamydia or gonorrhea (one of the two).
If its serious pain, it could be
testicular torsion, which youd probably be
screaming in pain).
