Headaches and pinworms ?
Posted: 09-04-07 15:20pm

Can worms go from the fingers to the nose to the brain??. To elaborate. If a person had say pinworms and they itched their anus and then picked their nose or itched the inside of their ears without washing their hands, can the eggs or pinworms travel and infect the brain via the ears or nose passageway?

I have had stabbing headaches and twitches ever since I did something like that.

I don't think I had pinworms, I had round, transparent organisms coming out of my anus all the time, it was very scary.

I got a doctor to prescribe me mebendazole, but they only gave me two tablets, one to take immediately and then one to take two weeks later. I took them both immediately, and it didn't help, it wasn't enough.

I went back to another doctor, and brought some of the worms to show her in a little container. She prescribed me mebendazole, two tablets a day for three days, and then a repeat for two tablets a day for three days to take 10 days or two weeks later. That's what they are SUPPOSED to prescribe for pinworms, it even says in their doctors website or whatever that they consult on their computer before making a prescription. If your doctor isn't listening, get them to check their computer. That is the recommended dosage for pinworms, NOT one pill and then one pill two weeks later.

Anyways, so I got that prescription, and I took 5 mebendazole pills on an empty stomach with a bit of olive oil (they need a bit of fat to absorb). I also took a digestive enzyme with it. I took two more pills 12 hours later the same way. I took the remaining 5 pills 10 days later.

This cleared up my worm infection. If you want more pills, go to another doctor with the same story and get more from them. Obviously they won't know that you got some from another doctor already.

But most important, clean up your diet. Eat lots of raw vegetables, because they have good bacteria on them, that colonize your intestines!!!!! Google search raw vegan diet microflora, and you will see the strong effect that diet has on these things. Also, I am about to start eating fermented cabbage everyday. There are LOTS of good lactobacillus on cabbage, and if you ferment them, you can get billions of probiotics per serving. Much more effective and cheaper than those probiotic capsules that never seem to help at all !

What you do is you rinse the cabbage, and chop it up in a blender or food processor. then put it in a glass container with lots of salty water (use Sea Salt ). put a weight in there, (i used an overturned lid) to keep the vegetables under the water. Lactobacillus grow well in salt water, and most importantly, the salt water inhibits yeast and mold from growing! Wrap saran wrap around the container, keeping the air out. Leave it on the counter to ferment for a couple days. Here's a great explanation on fermenting cabbage...

Just copy and paste that link..

Even raw cabbage juice that hasn't been fermented has lots of good bacteria. Just google search cabbage juice ulcers and you'll see the healing power of this remedy. I can't wait to start! Diet is the most important thing we can do to fix all our health problems. I have spent so much time and money in health food stores on different expensive remedies that just don't help. I realize now that i need to let food be my medicine. It will have the biggest impact.

Hope this helps
