We all feel you hun. We are all there or
have been there (most of us). You also
have to remember that most couples don't
let anyone know that they are ttc. So what
you think is the 'first month' or
'accident' may be a result of many months
hard work and agnst.
Are you temping? If not, it is a great
start. If you want more info let me know.
Also, have you started using opk's?
My personal suggestion...try to stop
smoking before you get pregnant. There is
no requirement to do so. It just is a much
easier transition once you are pregnant.
Many of the ladies on here have quit while
ttc and I'm sure they can offer you all
the support and advice you will need.
My last one, I promise. I suggest you
starting taking prenatal vitamins if you
haven't already done so. (and maybe think
about going to the DR for your initial
workup)
Just some suggestions! Just remember,
we're all here for you to talk to about
any of this.

yea i no i guess ur right...cuz no ones
knows we r ttc...so i can see what u
mean....no i havent started useing opk's
we actually just wen out and bought them
and since im on my period i was gunna
start this month after my period is
over.... and also i was wondering bout
that... do pernatal vitamins help or are
good to take while im ttc.... i was just
talk with my b.f bout that and he was like
i dont no if u should or not...hes
excellent with kids just not good with
everything before it lol....but i dont
have health insurance from my job and i no
my state offers it if ur pregnant...so is
there ne way i can get to a doc with out
haven insurace...and that wont be alot of
money to do...and yea i would like some
info on the temping and stuff i dont no
much about it??... thank u soo much

lol well at the moment its horrible and it
sucks and im tired and my back hurts  and i cant eat
naything and i fel like i want to throw
up...

it wont help you get pregnant at all
they are just healthy for you and the
baby
it wouldnt hurt to take them now but it
wont help you get preg either

lol they basiaclly give you all the needed
vitamins that your body and growing baby
need while pregnant
they contain folic acid which helps fetal
development and stuff.

lol yea i found all that out wen i read
the bottle...lol its like buy the hole
shelf of vitamins and taken them all
everyday...in this case its all in one and
u onli take one pill instead of like 5
million....lol

flinstones chewables which are the same
thing and dont make me sick

It feels ausome. Im a bit paranoid though
like Im scared of eating some foods. Some
girl pocked my stomach really hard and i
went off on her but she didnt and doesnt
know Im pregnant. So it wasnt her fault.

girlfriend.... yea i saw that they mite
make u sick.. and so i went and bought
them yesterday and took one last night and
maybe like an hour or so after i took it i
felt sick to my stomach...and i just took
one now so ill see if it makes me sick
again...
victoria.... thats awsome...and yea i
guess it can be a weird thing to get used
to at first changein ur hole life around
in the matter of a day specially if u
weren ttc and it happened...and yea i mean
i dont think things like pokein ur stomach
will hurt the baby...but i dont no to much
being i never went thru it and thats why
im here to learn wat i can...but i mean
its just natural to protect ur child...and
yea she dosent no u r so i guess that
would be why it didnt phase her to do it
to u...but once every one finds out that
will all change...have u told ur parents
yet?

Manda,
Yes it is possible to get pregnant right
after your period, but unless you have a
super short period, you probably don't
ovulate that early in your cycle. On a
normal 28 day cycle (which most girls DO
NOT have) you would ovulate on Day14.
This is not always the case, because
everyone has a different cycle.
If you are interested in charting (which
is highly recommended) you should go to
fertilityfriend.com and start an account
there. You need to go to the drugstore or
walmart and get a basal body temperature
thermometer. It is more sensitive than a
regular thermometer and gives a more
accurate temp. Once you sign up, they
will guide you through charting and what
you need to look for.

This would not be harmful in any way. Your
uterus has not even extended above your
pubic bone at this point, so in no way
would a poke to your stomach even come
near to your uterus or your baby.
Also, even in later months, you will get a
lot of pokes and jabs to your belly by
doctors and every day life. This is not
harmful.

I didnt think it would have either. But
you nevr know I just dont want anything
going near my stomach.  So your
question about getting pregnant after your
period...Im pretty sure can even get
pregger on your period, any day of the
month.
