Yesterday when I ejaculated I saw my semen with a greenish color mixed with white, do you know what this could be? it couldn't be any STD because I was never involved in another sexual relation beside my girlfriend and she has nothing, I don't feel pain ejaculating but I felt pain in my vas deferen, could this be bad infection?

The obvious answer is to see a doctor and find out for sure. I usually give things at least seven days to go away, but if they persist or get worse I have my doctor check it out.
