Urinal Retention Post Hemeroid Op Posted: 09-07-07 17:02pm


Have just had a hemeroid operation with the staples method. I now find I cant pee unless I strain in the sitting position. I learned from a site on the web (American) that this is coomon. Question how long will this retention last for, and why wasnt I told anything about this by the Hospital at the time.
