I've been reading all of the posts on the
Bartholin Cyst and still have not read my
exact symptoms.
It started as a minor discomfort in my
vaginal area. Kind of itchy but nothing
real noticable. The next day I started to
get this bump on my left labia and it
looked like maybe a pimple. it got bigger
the next day and oh so tender. killed to
sit down or have anything touch it. I
started to get a white discharge and each
time it hit the bump it would sting. The
more active I was the more it hurt -- I
guess because of the swelling.
By day 4 it was a lot better. The bump
went down and the swelling too. Now (7
days later) there is no bump but the
swelling is the same. My labia is so
tender and i have to sit around it. It
gets worse when i am out and about. The
white discharge is there, but again there
is no hardening there. it's just a big
swollen labia.
So if it was a cyst and the cyst is now
gone then why is it still swollen and
tender? Is this something else. (BTW - I
haven't had sex in 6 months - although I
do use a vibrator weekly -- but not since
this occured).
Help. Someone. Anyone.
