Yeast And Bacteria Infection
Posted: 03-22-04 13:07pm

I am a 29yr female who has had her share of yeast and bacteria infection. I have had the same partner for 8yrs and we have been married almost a year but everytime his penis touches the outside of my vagina even without penatrating it, I would get irritated meaning no itching or burning, it would just be an uncomfortable feeling which would sometime cause my legs and head to hurt. I also notice that I get these yeast infections when I have indigestion really bad. I am taking nexium for acid reflux. I have seen seven or eight obygn and everybody is clueless to what might be causing all these infections. I only use dove soap, I don't use bubble bath, I wear cotton brief cotton underwear. My husband and I use the ky jelly because my body produce little moisture. I have had my birth control changed because that was thought to be a factor. I have std's, hiv, and fasting glucose test done numerous time which have all been negative. My husband and I have had intercourse about every four months because of this situation. I think I have taken more diflucan and metronitazol than the law allows. If we have intercourse a couple days later I end up being irritated and start having a discharge. We both have taking the diflucan together in case he had a yeast infection and still the next time we had intercourse, I got another infection. At this current time I take a 200mg of diflucan every friday for 8 weeks to see if that works. Could you please help me or give me some insight to why I keep getting these yeast and bacteria infection even if his penis brushes up against the outside of my vagina without intercourse and when we do have intercourse.

Homeopathic system of medicine has a good remedy to get you rid of the bacterial and yeast infections. It seems to be transmitted everytime you are attempting an intercourse. It seems to be remaining dormant in your husband and that is why he is not having any symptoms. Some remedies like ac. Nitric and kreosote( homeopathic medicines) can help you get rid of this recurrent infections. Your husband needs to be treated simultaneously.

Do you let him ejaculate in you? I know this is a very personal question, but every time I let my boyfriend do that, I get an infection. My body does not like his fluid in me, at all. And he doesn't have any std's or an infection himself, my body just rejects it. Also, dove gives me infections. You may want to use an antibacterial soap like dial, the yellow bar. If you use tampons, change them at least every three hours. Are your cotton underwear white? Some women cannot wear the colored ones because of infection. Also, drink lots of water and stay away from caffeine. The only thing I can tell you is to use condoms, without spermicide or lube, use ky and see if that helps at all. Of course, the doctor above I am sure knows more about what he is talking about, so listen to him first, but as a fellow infection sufferer, that is the only advice I have. Let me know if anything works for you!
