Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to say I deal
with depression every day, I take
anti-depressants and anxiety medication.
I've had problems as far back as I can
remember, as long as I take my meds I feel
fine, if I forget a day or 2 that's all it
takes to start feeling crappy. Anyone else
miss a day or two and feel crappy? I'm
wondering because I've heard that it
shouldn't happen because there's enough in
the blood, so it shouldn't happen.

Hello, my Mum suffers from depression,
anxiety and and socialphobia, and it's not
possible for her to go outside without
having panic attacks, her sisters suffer
from the same thing, except they don't
have it as bad, and are able to go
outside.
My Mum also takes medication for the
depression and anxiety, and I know she
sometimes missed a few days, and it's not
just you who feels crappy.
She gets really bad.. Nervous, Moody..
Shakes alot, and feeling down.
I think if you didn't feel crappy without
the medication - you wouldn't need it,
that's why you have to take it daily.

Hi!
I suffered from Seasonal Depression for a
long time, and it gradually became so
severe that it was year long. I started
medication last year, and I did find that
if I missed a couple of days, I did feel
crappy. It wasn't a "Depressed" crappy,
though. It was more of a physical crappy.
My body felt weird.
I have been off medication for a few
months, and I feel great. I found that
when I went off them for good, it took my
body awhile to adjust, my mood didn't
change so much (I had my off days). We'll
see what winter brings!

Why do you get depressed, is it because
you just do, or do you have some problems
in real life?
