I'm so sick! All day long I feel horrible. I got a list of over the counter drugs I can take and the only thing listed for nausea is, Emetrol. I've been taking it but it isn't working. Anyone have any tips for easing nausea??

Yuck! I hate toast lol I've been drinking alot of ginger ale. Since I'm nausea's eating is the last thing I want to do though. I know I need to it's just so hard. I'm worried the baby won't get the right nutrition because I can't eat. The only smell that bothers me is food, isn't that strange?

Anyway, I know you're 26 weeks along do you want a boy or girl? And do you have any names picked out?

Aww congrats. I can't decide if I want a boy or girl, I'll be happy with either.

I'm trying to eat and I've found that it helps, I actually got alittle sleep last night.

what helped me out first thing in the morning was porridge or weetbix.

By the time the nausea ends your going to be sick and tired of eating but it does really help to eat frequent little meals every couple of hours and drink plenty of water.

I had it for about 5 weeks really bad and i ended up having to get some medication from my doctor for nausea. If you can get through that 'i feel like crap" barrier then your doing very well.

Good luck!!

i got those accupressure wrist things and it helped a little bit. you can get them at a drugstore, they are called seabands. and eating something like crackers/toast right away does help.

Awwww, I know how you feel. I've been feeling like crap all day every day. And the worst part is I have to get up every morning to go to school . Nothing worse than sitting in class trying to pay attention when you feel like crap. But peppermint works? I'm going out to buy peppermints!
