last placebo day today..start a new pack
of pills tomorrow but my period STILL
hasn't come yet...am I just psyching
myself out or what really worried here
considering my previous posts...i'm
thinking about going to buy a test..but
I'm gonna give it til tomorrow like i said, I HAVE
taken every pill on time and haven't
missed any, its just that..for 2 days or
so somethin upset my stomach and,
well..diarhea..so i'm freakin out

Relax. How long have you been on the pill?
Some women stop having periods after
prolonged pill use. If you are still quite
concerned, please take a pregnancy test -
it is the only way to know for sure.

i've been on the pill for about 5 months
now, i take yaz...i read that its known to
completely get rid of your period and alot
of women on this pill have skipped it
completely but for 5 months since i've
used it I've always gotten a period,
usually on the last placebo day and it
lasts until the 2nd active pill

Maybe you won't get one this month then.
If today is the last day and you haven't
gotten it... Also, if it is listed on the
package insert, it would be a really
common symptom so you are probably just
fine.

I know that this post is practically over
since af came, but I just wanted to tell
you that I had a scare a while back and my
pharmacist informed me that chronic
diarrhea can effect your birth control,
just as antibiotics. Don't know how much
truth that holds, but that's just what I
was told!

i read the same thing, in my b.c. packet
actually that you should use extra
protection for the 7 days to follow if you
vomit or have diarhea..thats why i was so
concerned actually, however it wasn't
severe or anything..it was just something
I ate I think..not that I was sick and it
was constantly happening...but still..i'm
always on point to take my pills at the
EXACT same time everyday, but i let that
slip by me, and i'm just glad it didn't
affect them...its very light but, it did
come last night..so..i'm quite relieved
