Hello my name is Tara I have been pregnant before and I am pregnant again. I am currently 7 1/2 weeks and im having abdominal pain dizziness like a uforia that the room is moving neasea bloating etc...no vomitting though.....these might be normal but i had none of these preoblems with my first pregnancy so im alittel scared anyone got any advice?

Not all pregnancies are the same. Have you made a doctor's appointment? Maybe he can give you something for the nausea.

im not as worried about the neasea it is the dizzy spells it is so bad that i cant walk straight and i cant drive and see or focus my eyes.
