How do I talk to my man about going to the

Hi,
First of all, does your bf/dh want a baby
too? If so, and you have been trying for a
long time, then he probably suspects it
could be a low sperm count. Also, have you
had yourself checked out to make sure that
everything is a go with your body? How
long has it been since you stopped birth
control?
Do you two discuss other problems in your
life? If so, then this topic has to be
brought up as something you both need to
check. Don't be confrontational and accuse
him of anything. This subject tends to
give men low self-esteem, so tread lightly
and make it a joint effort. Tell him
you'll accompany him to the doctor and
generally make it easy for him.
Importantly, don't mention the word
"sterile" to him in your discussion
because it has a very bad connotation to
most men.
