I promised my grandma I will give her twin girls before she died. Well she isn't doing so good and it's not looking good. How can I get help getting pregnant with twins. I want girls, but I don't think anyone can help me with the sex of the kids. So my question is.. How do I get help with getting pregnant with twins and can I get help with the sex of the kids?

Fertility drugs. Your best option would be fertility drugs like clomid.

You won't get them unless you've been trying for at least a year and you need them. But they would be your best option.

Or you could try invitro. They could implant you with more than one and you could hope they take. I think they can also give you the sex you want that way too. Some selective something or other.

Both these options take time and money - and you will only be able to do them if they are necessary. No doctor will just do them without reason.

Your grandma won't care whether it is twins or not. She'll just be happy for a baby.

theres a lot of things you need to consider before going ahead with this.

Nott obe rude but juts becuz your grandmother wants you to have kids doesnt mean it should happen. Can you financially support a baby? Do you have an emotional support system intact to help you along the way? Are you stable enough (emotionally and financially) to have a child?

Dont jump into something you cant handle. Remember, grandma wont be the one supporting the child.

you will.
