I can't really understand what you are saying.

If you have sex when you are pregnant, will it hurt the baby and cause an abortion?

The answer is no.

If you have sex when you pregnancy can you get pregnant?

The answer is: you would already BE pregnant.

If you are pregnant can you have an abortion?

The answer is: if it is legal where you are.
