I am almost at my 16 week mark, and I can not find the energy to do anything. When I exercise I end up having to stop because I am so tired. I get dizzy all the time, and my mouth is constantly dry with this awful taste in it. I drink plenty of water, so much that I am using the bathroom every 30 minutes. I went to the doctor, but they just said it was normal. They didn't even look at me. The only thing they did find is warts, which I have no idea where I got them from. I am worried that there is something wrong with me, can anyone help?

I am 18 weeks and still very tired. Too tired to even go to the gym. I sleep soooo much my husband thinks I have a sleeping disorder. Which I dont. Your body is working very hard right now. Being tired is very normal and I dont think you should concern yourself with that. The warts on the other hand... Id talk to your doctor to see what s/he thinks. Hope this helps. Relax and enjoy the sleep now. Smile

Rolling Eyes firstly the problem in your mouth, I had that and it was thrush, candida. You can get it in your vagina but also in your mouth during pregnancy. You can easily get it treated. Ask a pharmacist. Secondly the tiredness. It is normal to be more tired and you should try and rest as much as possible, but eith dizziness too I would suspect anaemia. Have you been given iron tablets? Some people feel you should try and get it all from your diet. It's not that easy for some people. Ask to be tested for anaemia, and try some iron supplements. They do take a few weeks to work. Good luck

I am 20 weeks and I have just started getting my energy back. I would come home from work each night, have dinner and be passed out by 7! But it is getting better, I can keep myself awake now and have the energy to do some stuff around the house at night. I had the same nasty taste in my mouth and some foods triggered it more than others. That, too, has started to recede. I think it just a normal pregnancy thing. I don't know about the warts though, sorry!

I agree with everyone above. Being tired during your first and third trimister is normal. Talk to your doctor about your iron level. I'm 36 weeks and a few weeks ago, I was extremly tired. They took my iron level and said it was low for a person who was pregnant. They recommended that I take an additional iron tablet other than my prenatal pill. The warts, i'm not sure about. Crazy things happen to your body when your pregnant.

I went to the doctors and it turns out I am dehydrated along with having low iron. The mid wife told me to drink a gallon of water a day and take my prenatals. It is so much water to drink in a day
