I think you should relax. 
If your doctor isn't worried, you shouldn't be either. It can mean the baby changed positions to make you appear larger. It can mean the baby is bigger. It can mean nothing at all.
Pregnancy is such an odd thing, sometimes everyone isn't 'average' (as in weeks) and sometimes they are. It all just depends. Don't worry.
