Bipolar And Writing about being Bipolar ! Posted: 09-18-07 14:01pm
Has anyone tried to write about being
bipolar? If so, how did you or how would
you describe how it feels?
I am trying to write about my experiences
with the disease and finding it quite
difficult to describe. Help please...

hello
there is a book out called The Unquiet
Mind, I can't remember who wrote it. I
can't remember anything.... However, it is
a by a woman who is a Ph.D. I do recall
that she cycled on a more manic system,
but it still made alot of sense to me. I
am a bi polor II person and mostly just
want to stay in bed and hide.

Thank you. I have read the book but I
think I need to read it again so your
reply was helpful to me and I appreciate
it! I hope that you are having a good day
and feeling better. I am bipolar I but my
medication is helping me to feel good so I
am very grateful for that. It can be
tough to get the medication right...
Thanks again,

My husband has written a lot of
biographical information about being
bipolar, but it hasn't been published. He
just likes getting his frustrations out of
his system.

I think that is the reason I am doing it
too-to get it out of my system...
I am happy to hear that I am not alone in
this.
Thank you
