After weeks of trying, but not
extensively, I finally got a position at a
Veterinary Hospital as a receptionist.
They were pretty quick about it too. I
sent my resume Thursday and got a call
back for an interview the next day. Had
their interview Sunday and got called back
today with an offer.
I start training on Saturday from 1-6. I
will be full-time once the training is out
of the way. Yay!!!!
My other boss is very upset with me at the
moment. She thinks it is very last minute
even though I told her weeks ago I was
looking for a new job. She has me
scheduled to work this weekend and she put
out the schedule AFTER I told her I would
be working this week. Blegh, whatever. I
busted my butt for her company and never
felt appreciated for it so now it is about
me getting on with my life and a better
job.

Yep. They are providing the top but I
have to buy some new black scrub pants. I
am actually glad to be wearing them so I
don't have to worry about wardrobe issues
before work.

my brother's boyfriend just got a job at a
vet's office and he was so excited about
wearing scrubs. i've heard they're very
comfy!

I know! And I get to wear comfy shoes too
and work around animals. My current job I
just help people who think they know
everything and I am clueless so it will be
nice since I have seen that they respect
the receptionists here

oo i bet scrubs will be really comfy. My
Mother in Law had to wear what looked like
a airline attendant until she switched
jobs. Now she gets to wear scrubs and she
likes them. She was wearing tinkerbell
today n macy hit her n said those K.Ks!
cuz her cousins favorite is tinkerbell

My old boss decided to work my schedule so
I am working everyday until I start m new
job with a double shift the day before.
Blegh. I am glad these will be my last
shifts.
