I have a sister who has a rash on her head and some of it is like acne on her neck or small red acne like bumps. All of it is under or right by the hair. It is mostly at the hairline right behind the ear but there are red bumbs throughout her hair. Can somebody give me advice on what to do with it? She has used the same shampoos and conditioners and products. She says it does not itch it is just knowing it is there and if you tried to scratch it it would hurt. Can anybody help? Thank You
