So, me and my gf had sex while she was
taking her sugar pills, and the condom
broke...again! She got her period later
that night, what are the chances she is
pregnant?

Very, very, very low.
When you take birth control pills, you are
not ovulating. She is still protected from
pregnancy during her sugar pill week.
Good job using condoms also. Don't worry.
