Negative hpt,period late. Any ideas? Posted: 09-22-07 04:03am
i posted in the pregnancy forum saying i
could be pregnant, but i took the test
yesterday and it came out negative, but i
am still not on. i thought this would be
the place to ask questions. any opinions
would be helpful. i am not stressed and i
havent got anything huge on my mind so
that cant delay a period.
i only had sex the once in the last month
because ive been ill and it wasnt an
ovulating day but i was trying last month
and my period did come, light as it was.

It's possible there isn't enough HCG yet
for the test to detect, try using an early
test (I had a negative before my
positive).
Sometimes periods turn up whenever they
want but try another brand and see if that
makes any difference.

could be too early to test like moo said!
or maybe it could also be PMS symptoms
periods are wierd and dont always come
regularly
you may want to go to the doctor and get a
blood test done in a few days if you dont
start...

thanks im starting to think that cos im
still not on. im getting plenty of
discharge though, which i got when i was
pregnant with william. but i should be
reading into things so soon
