When I close my eyes and try to sleep I
have conversations in my head. It's like
I will know the question, but have my
mother ask it to me in my head. This only
happens when I try to sleep. I was
diagnosed with anxiety, depression and
ocd, but I'm not sure what this means. It
sometimes wakes me up and puts me into a
panick attack. The conversations are very
random and of good nature. I sometimes
think it happens to me now, because before
I lay down, I dread that it's going to
happen again. Is this just part of the
normal thought process? I have been told
it is and that you can't control what pops
into your head. Is this anything to be
concerned about? Thanks for your help!

well
ocd is obsessive compulsive dissorder and
lots of people have it
but the symptoms are different with
everyone so its hard to say. i dont know
why youd be expiriencing this if it was
because of ocd?
have you seen a doctor about it?

I have seen many doctors and all say I
have anxiety, depression and OCD. The
conversation stuff didn't start until last
week when I took a paxil and had a bad
reaction. For some reason I think I just
focused in on this conversation thing and
now everytime I try to sleep I hear it
again. Like I said, the conversations are
about random things and nobody is telling
me to do anything. It just kind of scared
me. I have since started Cymbalta (day 4)
and will wait to see the outcome. I think
with the anxiety, depression and OCD that
you have a fear it's something else and
tend to focus in on it.

nobody can pinpoint what exactly what your
problem is from a few paragraphs on a
forum. go to a professional and tell them
your symptoms if they bother you. you
could just be freaking your own mind out a
bit because of the anxiety, depression and
OCD. if its not really bad wait it out and
see what happens, if it keeps happening or
your condition worsens go to a doctor
straight away.
