Do Any of You Experience This? (sore Leg Muscles)
Posted: 09-24-07 12:18pm

I find that since this all started, my legs are usually very sore, or have that tired feeling. I tend to think that it is due to the fact that I feel "off kilter" (balance). For example, if I am standing in line somewhere and I have nothing to prop myself against, I can feel my legs working over time.

Anyone else have this or think there is a correlation there?

everything is connected. if i lay on my stomach and lift my head--my leg shortens 1 inch. my chiro takes care of that. i am a little lopsided as well. my legs do over time too. thats why i suggest chiro too. NMD and chiros often work together. you may want to look into it.

Hey check out this link, your gonna love it, wait till the last pic and you will see the legs http://www.round-e arth.com/HeadPainIntro.html i hope the link works. anyway i get THAT! somehow that either has to do with tmj or a bad neck. i think the jaws play a part in the actual balancing of the spine. if something is wrong, it makes the legs work harder. like the race horse with the sore leg, the horses other good leg starts to hurt. then there is the shorter leg thing like dyan says. lots of folks with tmj have bad necks, and that makes one hip go higher and one leg shorter.everything is really connected, hope that helps you. everyone check out the head pain link!!! its great, and explains alot. love cindy

Excellent website Cindy!! And to imagine, I have experienced just about pain in every one of those red spots over the years. Trigger point massage can really work, but you usually have to have it done regularly (at least once a month) OR learn how to do it yourself. Some pain doctors even do trigger point injections, but the one time I had it done to my neck was enough for me to never try it again.

God bless...
