Now, sts_trg, it sounds like its just pearly penile papules, you can do a google image search and check to see if thats it, if not, then have him see a doctor.

I think Everyday_struggle is right. Sounds normal.

Just FYI, he can have warts and you don't have to get them right away. In fact, you might not get them for years.

This is a good case for wearing condoms!

Girlfriend was just trying to help!! If he has been shaving, it's perfectly reasonable that they are razor burn. However, it could be something else too (I'm thinking Herpes or a whole slew of other things) so I'd insist on a condom until he got them checked out.

And it could be normal. But only a doctor would know for sure- and you don't want to catch anything that isn't very treatable (like Herpes)

As someone else said, it could also be pearly penile paupules... OR it could indeed be inflamed razor burn! Actually to be honest pearly paupules and razor burn are the same size Razz

I know I've had some pretty nasty razor burn... but hey have you asked him what he thought it was? Maybe get it checked out anyway?

look , im 21 , i have the same problem if i try to shave with a razor , its simply razer burn , you shave , the hair is thick and pores get inflamed , then are blocked due to inflammation , just like razor burn on your face it causes "pimples" per say , they can get big like pimples too , therefore i now shave with a beard trimmer that doesnt shave down to the skin all the way , i dont care if its ruff or not =P just be careful with his balls lol nothing like a pair of clippers biting your sack it hurts !! lmao im serious tho , just razor burn , simple. you said he shaved and got bumps .. thats common sense

They could still be inflamed. Infections don't go away on their own all the time. I would definitely go have a urologist look at it.

Exactly how long ago did he shave?

Sometimes razor burn can last a while. I would definitely have him get checked out. Only a doctor can tell what it is for sure. You want to rule out any STDs just to keep yourself safe.
