Beginning Exercise Plan ! Posted: 09-24-07 20:21pm
Well to start off let me tell you where im
at. I am 14, 5' 10" and about 160lbs. I
want to loose the extra body fat on my
arms and legs, as well as tone my
midsection. I'm not incredably over
weight, but I really just want to get
really toned and loose the little bit of
fat i have. I've been working out since
last friday 30mins every night on a
stationary bike. I just bought two 3lbs
hand weights, and honestlly i just do not
know what to do with them. So i was hoping
for some advice on what kind of exercises
I can do. Any suggestions would help. Also
is my weight normal for my age/height?

okay well still the same situation, with
minor adjustments::
I'm still 14, 5'10", but 154lbs. still
don't really know what to do with the
weights. got a book, which helped. any
good exercise suggestions for hand weights
would be great, and same question: is
weight normal for age/height? thanks.
