Beginning Exercise Plan !
Posted: 09-24-07 20:21pm

Well to start off let me tell you where im at. I am 14, 5' 10" and about 160lbs. I want to loose the extra body fat on my arms and legs, as well as tone my midsection. I'm not incredably over weight, but I really just want to get really toned and loose the little bit of fat i have. I've been working out since last friday 30mins every night on a stationary bike. I just bought two 3lbs hand weights, and honestlly i just do not know what to do with them. So i was hoping for some advice on what kind of exercises I can do. Any suggestions would help. Also is my weight normal for my age/height? Thanks in advance yall.

Well miss, you made this topic a little while ago, so I'm not going to be sure if you are going to be reading this so I don't wanna type for no reason =). If you get this message and you still want to lose weight, message me or comment back on here and remind me what the situation was.

I'm still 14, 5'10", but 154lbs. still don't really know what to do with the weights. got a book, which helped. any good exercise suggestions for hand weights would be great, and same question: is weight normal for age/height? thanks.

hi. a good sight for your bmi( body mass index) is msn its not totally accurate but it gives you a good estimate. http://heal th.msn.com/dietfitness/bmicalculator.aspx< /a>
A good arm excersize is the lawn mower. research it be cause i can't really explain it well. it works the triceps and the bra fat area under your arm.
