Why don't you have her send the birth certificate? Or some of the adoption paperwork?

I agree with Ingi. Instead of trying to catch her in a lie, just ignore her unless she starts harrassing you. And then call the police. It sounds like she's trying to stay in your boyfriend's life for some reason.

This is a serious thing. Questioning her about pregnancy and delivery will not be the answer. I believe that she should show your boyfriend or you proof that she had a child such as birth certificate and any adoption or DCFS paperwork. If that birth certificate does not have your boyfriends name on it than he he don't even have to deal with her.
I suggest you be forward and just ask her for the evidence to support her claim.

As far as I know, she would have had to have proof that she was not able to contact your boyfriend in order to give the baby up for adoption. That is what happened to my husband. He was adopted, and his adopted parents almost didn't get him because the mother could not get the father to sign away for adoption. They couldn't find him so they had to prove to the judge that they couldn't find him and after a period of time they were able to sign the papers for her to give him up for adoption. Then his adopted parents were able to get him.

I wonder why she would even want anything to do with your boyfriend since there is now no baby to pay child support to if she gave it away for adoption.

It doesn't sound like she is telling the truth, I would demand proof before you or him did anything.

He just feels bad about the whole thing. He can't sleep knowing he's never seen his son and never will. Now she's sending him pics of the kid that she claims is his. This baby looks 4-5 months old not 1-2 months. She also sent him a pic a few weeks ago claiming "meet your son" and my boyfriend's mom found the same one on the internet.

She's doing it to emotionally blackmail him and/or stay in his life somehow. There is no baby.

Cut off all contact with her. If you have to, tell her you'll take her to court for harrassment.

the only way you can find out for sure is to get a dna test, but if that baby has been adopted out and has nothing to do with it's birth mother then this shouldn't be a problem. She shouldn't e harassing you if she hasn't kept the child, she doesn't need child support or need to sort out visitation rights so she should just back off

If he hasn't seen her, then why do you care if she's pregnant? This chick is a whacko, and I agree with Aya, she is seeking attentioin. I know someone like this and she almost destroyed my friend's marriage with her lies and deciet. It is truly disgusting how some women will throw themselves out there like that.
