I did not get any follow up appointment.
The last person I saw was the nurse at the
docs that took the stitchers out.
I do feel the mesh but no pain. They did
tell me be for that I would still feel a
bit of something tho. But yea its a lot
better then it was.
Glad to here its all gone good for you.
And no. Never lift heavy stuff again just
to be sure. If nothing else it well save
your back cool stuff.
Look after your self there mate. Am still
subscribed to this page so always well be
around if you ever wont to ask anything
