Questionable Pancreatitis

i have been wrestling with a problem for over 3 years now. it seems that no matter what i eat , its in the potty the same evening or morning depending on when i eat.

i get very frustrated because i have only the small intestine left after what i initially went in to correct a rectal prolapse. when i awoke i had no large intestine and a temp ileostomy. no matter what type of diet i try low fiber high fiber . gluten free , the results are the same. i have had my gall bladder removed due to stones, no appendix, a total hyster. i am tierd of being poked and proded. i just had an anal sphincter repair because of leakage, (no help there) still leaking, .
what is happeneing here. why does my body not digest my food. i know you are a very busy person, but i would like at least a thought or an idea on this. i would be greatful Crying
or Very sad

If you have pancreatitis, you need to eat a low fat diet..... but you will probably need a supplement to help your body digest your food.

Im sorry i cant help further, the only reason I know that, is because I recently helped a dog that has CEPI (Canine Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency) and it's the same thing but in dogs! with dogs they also need a pancreatic supplement, or Pigs Pancreas in order to digest thier food properly.

Go back to your doctor and ask him to get a final diagnosis for you, as you are fed up!
