Easter Egg Safety

Easter is just around the corner and I found some safety tips i'd like to share!!

1. East hard-boiled eggs within a week.
2. Don't leave raw eggs out of the refridgerator for more than 2 hours.
3. Avoid eating raw and undercooked eggs.

*eat many eggs!! Hard boiled eggs are so good for you because they are rich in protein and b vitamins, including choline, imporant during pregnancy for fetal brain development.*

And also, as nikki had posted a while back. Don't take your kids to "public" easter egg hunts. Some freaks have been putting asprin in the eggs and kids think it's candy! Keep those baby's safe!
Love,
