last week it was nice and cool here, finn
was wearing pants and long sleeves. we
even took the a/c unit out of his window
because his room was freeeeezing at night.
so now it's 102 degrees outside and 89
degrees in his room and he obviously can't
nap in there and he won't nap in my bed.
poor little guy just wants to sleep!

its been a pretty good summer as i dont
like it too hot. i also hate the rain,
which we havent had much of either. i just
hate the cold that we have. we were all in
our winter clothes going shopping and i
was still freezing! had to buy a new coat
today to get ready for winter

It is nice here. Today it is about 80 but
for the last week it was rainy which is
pretty unusual for us.

late in the year. It was a nice day here,
so I always assume it was everywhere else
in the USA too.

It's been freezing here. It's p*ssed it
down with rain all this week, too.. but I
like rain. I don't like getting drenched
in it.. but I love lying in bed listening
to really heavy rain. It makes me happy.
Today I didn't wear a coat over my salon
uniform (which is made of stupidly thin
material) & it was fine at first, but
my massage made my body temperature drop,
which is common apparently, so I was soooo
cold walking to my car. Brrr.

they shut it off mid September to get

Its freezing again today Im getting jay a
new hat, scarf and gloves at the weekend.
He was cold in his new winter coat
yesterday poor thing and he has a cold at
the moment. I hate the cold.

we have window units and they have to be
out by october 15th (and we can't put them
in until may 15th). that sounds reasonable
but we're on the second floor and our
windows face the sun pretty much all day,
so it gets HOT in here.
i think we learned our lesson and we'll
leave finn's a/c in his room until the
october cut off next year. he can't nap in
there because it's too hot and i don't
know what to do. he won't nap in our bed
because he's too busy trying to jump off
head first.
