I had the same kind of pain during
9th/10th grade. However, mine was due to
not having grown big enough to support the
weight of textbooks in my backpack and
from natural adolescence growing pains.
I'm not sure what your pain is caused by.
Are you doing some sort of job or activity
that requires carrying heavy equipment or
backpacking? Are you doing some sort of
weight lifting that trains some muscles
but leaves others weak (if you are weight
lifting, you should make sure you train
your wrist, bicep, tricep, shoulder,
chest, upper back, lower back, and legs)?

Yasir, have you tried acupuncture for your
problem? I believe this could really help
tyou, in absence of any clinical findings.

Have you tried neck manipulation
treatment? According to newest studies it
is the most efficient way to get rid of
pains.
Naprapathic Manual Therapy or
Evidence-Based Care for Back and Neck
Pain; A Randomized, Controlled Trial, Eva
Skillgate, Eva Vingard, Lars Alfredsson
Clinical Journal of Pain, May 2007,
23:431-439
"Naprapathy works better on back and neck
trouble than recommended and proven
effective advice from doctors, according
to a new study from Swedish medical
university Karolinska Institutet. "
Manual Therapy, Physical Therapy, or
Continued Care by a General Practitioner
for Patients with Neck Pain. A Randomized,
Controlled Trial, Jan Lucas Hoving, PT,
PhD; et. all.
"Conclusion: In daily practice, manual
therapy is a favorable treatment option
for patients with neck pain compared with
physical therapy or continued care by a
general practitioner."
Manual Therapy Best Alternative Treatment
for Neck Pain Relief
Ann Intern Med. 2002;136(10):713-722,
758-759
"After completion of treatment, success
rates were 68.3% for manual therapy, 50.8%
for physical therapy, and 35.9% for
continued care."

therapy, and general practitioner care for
neck pain: economic evaluation alongside a
randomised controlled trial. BMJ. 2003 Apr

"manual therapy is faster and less
expensive in relieving neck pain than more
traditional types of therapy."
And many others can be found...

All people don't have pain.
Yes, drugs mess with your brain cells and
poison your bowel. Soon you eat more drugs
to heal the side-effects of other drugs.
Then you are bound to medicalization...
Pills don't heal the problem, they only
help you to ignore pain by confusing your
brains.
