When to Take a Pregnancy Test Posted: 09-26-07 20:23pm
I started my last period on august the
28th my period range from 25-30 days. I
though I ovulated on the 14 (going by CM)
and then on sunday the 23 I had cramps
like I was going to start my period but
nothing, I took a home pregnancy test this
evening but it was negative, Do ya'll
think it was to early. I am on cd 30 and
my lueatal phase is 12days, I am so
confused!

oh okay lol the it probably wasnt too
early to test
hi im in the same boat you are in my last
period was on 8/30 and i was waiting to
see if i get my period tomorrow, i hope
not we have been ttc . i took a test too
but i think it was too early i did that on
monday im waiting. let me know what
happens with you

I would wait a few more days. If AF
doesn't show then test again. With some
women it takes longer for the HCG to build
up enough to trigger a positive. One of
the girls in Preg Community Chat was more
than two months before a positive came up
and even then it was because she went to
the doc to get checked out for lack of
periods.

I have the hardest time waiting,I just
build it up and when AF shows up I am so
depressed. I am just confused because last
month I didn't start my period till day
34, I haven't had a cycle like that since
I was probably 14 or 15. I wish all ya'll
lucky and I am going to try to wait untill
friday am and try again maybe a first
morning urine will give me a positive.
