yes and she was no help. But it is getting to the point were I wish I had never gotten pregnant. My back constantly spasims, I've gone into preterm labor twice and they stopped it.

There's not much you can do right now. The last weeks of pregnancy are usually the hardest for most women, so if it's any comfort at all... you're not alone in feeling this way.

But on the bright side, it won't be much longer until this is over and you meet your little one!

What I did for my back pain was used a heating pad. They make some now that have automatic timers - they'll automatically shut off after half an hour, so if you fall asleep you won't burn to a crisp. You can also use Tylenol to help ease the general aches and pains. Warm baths can also be soothing (if you have help getting in/out of the tub).

Unfortunately there's not much else that can be done safely during pregnancy. At 35 weeks your baby is not quite fully cooked yet - delivering right now would probably not be safe for your little one. These last few weeks are very important for a baby's lung development and weight gain, so your doctor most likely will not induce you unless your baby's health is in danger.

well I was told my daughter's placenta had a tear in it and I don't understand why they did not induce me. I had the steroid shots and her lungs are fully developed. So I guess I am just really confused.

That's a good question to ask your doctor. I'm sure that if they felt the tear was dangerous they would have scheduled your induction. Maybe they're waiting to give her more time in the womb (every extra day counts) or maybe they're waiting to see if the tear is affecting her development. 5 weeks worth of time in the womb is precious, and they won't take that away from your baby if they don't need to.
