No, you should be safe. Just make sure to
start your new pack the day after your
placebos end!
Pretend your pills start on mondays. Well,
now you're a day "ahead", so your pills
start on sunday. That's just an example.

I'm sure you will be safe just using
condoms. But if you are looking for
worry-free birth control, I would look
into the Nuva ring or Mirena. Some doctors
will implant Mirena IUD even if you
haven't had kids. It works for 5 years
too.

Yep. Condoms work great, I used them for 6
months just fine. I was a bit of a worry
wart so I got on pills but condoms with
spermicide are quite effective.

No, sounds more like a urinary tract
infection (UTI). You still need to go to a
gyno for it and get on medication.

Or from the spermicide, if you're using
it. That happens to me when I use
spermicide.
I would suggest, if you are relying on
condoms, perhaps keeping a dose of plan b
laying around (if you can get it) just in
case. I had a condom break once and needed
it.

It sounds exactly like a urinary tract
infection. This can happen very easily if
you don't wash yourself and/or pee within
around a half an hour of sex. It's
EXTREMELY important to remember this,
because if you get a UTI a few times you
can do damage to your bladder. I'm kind
of lazy and I've gotten a UTI more than
once. Just be clean!
