it was very cute, his whole body kept jumping like he had the hiccups.

heartbeat is in the 160's, it seems to be the same as finn's was at every appointment. i'm still thinking BOY!

i really have no preference. sometimes i think boy, because i have all the clothes and they'll be sharing a room. but then i wonder what they'll be like when they're older, like if there will be competition and stuff being so close in age.

the only reason i'm not *dying* for a girl is because i want to be able to give my baby girl a beautiful feminine nursery. i know, kind of a silly reason, but i have this lavender fairy nursery all decked out in my head. finn's room is pretty boyish, though i'm sure i could add a few girly touches if i have to.

8 weeks until we know!

I am 10 weeks and have my second ultrasound tomorrow. I am so excited to see the change in the baby since my 5 wk ultrasound when I first found out I was pregnant. It was just a tiny dot almost on the ultrasound pics...

*marks 8 weeks on the calendar*

I don't know which team to root for. I know it's a girl, but for the sake of your decorating ideas, I hope you get a boy. But...one of each to start with would be fun too....I don't know. How about I just hope you have a healthy baby Smile

I can totally agree with you on wanting another boy.

I want another girl, so Oni can have someone to play with. Granted, they'll still play if it's a boy, but I don't think Oni will "connect" with a boy, like she would a girl.

I'll be greatful for whatever God gives me, I think it would just be easier with another girl.

Like you said, you've got the clothes, the room, the toys...i totally understand where you're coming from.

BUT, I think that women who have girls first, assume they're going to have another girl. And women who have boys first, assume they're going to have another boy. I think because we think we can't make another gender! lol!!

awwww!!! thats the cutest ultrasound pic!!!

When gracie was about 12 weeks we called her our little peanut!!!

My brother and sister are 15 months apart and they were like best firends when they were little. But i can understand why having a baby the same sex as its sibling would be alot easier.
