Pain Protuding Down My Left Arm - Pinched Nerve? Posted: 09-28-07 18:29pm


I have a really bad pain moving down my arm when I lift it a certain way or bend it a certain way, almost like a pinched nerve feeling...it hurts only for a few seconds and then stops but if I move it the wrong way it does it again..the muscle is so sore and tender . What should I do?
