i live in England and I wondered if anyone can recommend me some good pre-natal vitamins? I am ttc in january but I have been plagued with ill health and want to make sure my body is as healthy as possible. thanks girls

I prefer Materna by Centrum. But honestly....if youlook at all of them...they are all pretty identical. I live in canada, and the generic versio has the exact same stuff as the Materna.

theyre all pretty much the same so i dont think it would matter one bit which you take

yeah , they are all pretty much identical ingredient wise, just start taking any ones, since they all have the extra folic acid that regular multivitamins dont have. And just start eating more healthy, lost of water fruit and veggies. Good Luck with ttc!!!
