Anyone Have Any Good Pork Chop Recipes?
Posted: 09-29-07 15:00pm

I'd like to make Shane a nice dinner tonight because it's just goin to be the 2 of us, Kaylee is at her Godmothers until tomorrow afternoon.. He's so picky though, all he'll pretty much eat is pork chops & boneless skinless chicken breast.. I'm doin the pork chops tonight & all I really ever do with them is either BBQ them or bread them & I'm getting so bored with it! Some ideas would be GREAT! He won't eat any veggies so that's outta the question also!

Hmm, I wish I could help you....I've never even made pork chops. He won't even eat veggies with say, cheese sauce? What about serving stuffing with them? Or rice maybe?

Nope he won't touch any veggies no matter what's on them.. He's got to be the pickiest person I know when it comes to food! Stuffing he wouldn't go for.. Rice he eats though so maybe I'll do that..

That's got to be hard to cook for a picky eater.
I like to use the uncle ben's flavored rice, or the lipton kind. Brand doesn't matter, but I don't know how to explain what I'm talking about LOL. Maybe a pasta salad of some kind. Now you're making me hungry. I haven't had a decent meal today. I've been meaning to make soup all week.

We use the Lipton beef & chicken flavors... I'm getting hungrier talking about all this now! All I've snacked on all day is some graham crackers & a mountain dew because I've been busy getting ready for Kaylee's party next weekend. Soup sounds really good too...

Maybe I'll just talk him into going to Chinese lol..

It doesn't help, my mom just called and asked if I had a snicker doodle recipe in my box. She's baking cookies.
Does he do mashed potatoes? I found a smothered pork chop recipe...

I guess Chinese would work...I'm not a fan of it tho. Some things are good tho. Once Adriana is done eating we're gonna run to the humane society then I'm going to the grocery store to get pork chops. Thanks for making me hungry!

We ended up having breaded pork chops, done with bread crumbs ... Peas & Lipton beef flavored rice. It was pretty good Smile Stuffed chicken breasts sound good, I'm gonna have to try that & the stuffed pork chops! If you try it before me, let me know how it was!

ya i either shake n bake them or get a bag with seasoning that you cook them in the oven with a little water. i love applesauce on my pork chops and spinach as a side and a baked potato. thats what my granny always makes together.
