Q: Brown Discharge And Pain

i've been having brown discharge for the last 24hrs which seems to stop when i do not move around. When i do move i get pain in the lower abdomen and pelvis so bad that i have to stop walking to let it pass so i can continue walking.

i had fresh bleeding last week after intercourse and had to spend 4 days in hospital. there they gave me steroids just in case the baby had to be delivered quickly. After that the baby started moving a lot but now the movement is less than what i considered previously normal. I am sooo worried.

How far along are you?
You can always make an appointment with your doctor and discuss this. Renting a fetal doppler could help with the anxiety and so on...it helped me.

have you had any u/s?
I had frank red blood bleeding post intercourse at 10weeks and its because my placenta was covering my cervix...and it got irritated.
You are more farther along....so I bet your cervix is even more swollen and tender...I would stay on pelvic rest, but as long as the bleeding stopped.
After I had the frank red blood bleeding, I had brown left over spotting for a few days.
its probably old blood, that clotted up when you bled, your bodies natural way to stop the bleeding. I would probably stay on pelvic rest until the end of your pregnancy and stay on bed rest..you dont want a baby that preemature!!
