There are many physical symptoms
associated with depression, so you very
well could be. I think, too, that you
might have a bit of anxiety/paranoia
associated with your friend's death. It's
definitely good that you're seeing a
doctor and talking to a therapist! Good
Luck

It sounds more like anxiety than
depression to me, but they tend to go hand
in hand. I would try and join a cognitive
training (cbt) group or read the book by
sam obitz which is generally easy to read
and identify with and teaches you the
right and wrong way to use a tea form. I
learned the tea form exercise in my group
and it has become a staple in my life that
helps me keep my anxiety at a minimum and
I have not had a panic attack or any
physical symptoms since the begining of my
group and I was having panic attacks
almost everyday when I joined my group.
Once you learn to counter your thoughts in
the tea form you will begin to make a lot
of progress and if you work at them
everyday the relief will come in a matter
of weeks.

Well, I would say that you are having some
sinus trouble brought on by your cold and
the water that you were in. It could also
be maybe the start of an ear infection.

LHM, I hope you found relief and are doing
better. It would be great to hear an
update on how you are doing now?
