Am I Getting Sick ? Or Allergies ? NO energy + sleep all day
Posted: 09-30-07 09:40am

Hi,
For the last week or so I feel like I have NO energy and feel like I could sleep all day. My body also feels weak. The last few days when I wake up my eyes are so dry (they feel like they are glued shut). My throat has been very dry as well, and is a little sore. I don't feel terrible - but I can definitely tell something is not right. I've been trying to sleep a lot and drink water. Am I getting sick...or is my body trying to fight it off...or is it allergies? I'm confused.

How old are you? Has this happened before? Any recent change in diet or lifestyle?

Air Problems?
Posted: 10-23-07 16:25pm

Just to start off, you'll find that I've suggested this to a couple different people. One person I suggested it to I was way off, but I did try, I just want to make sure that anyone who reads this understands what I'm doing. I've had problems with air that has led me to do a good deal of research. Based on this research I've decided I can help. I will be suggesting a certain website, only because I haven't found a better price on filters. So...sorry, but I just wanted to make sure anyone reading this understands where I'm coming from.

Your condition in particular seems to tend to a problem with either very dry air or the fact that your air is very loaded with particles such as dust or otherwise. Both can harm you how you've described, and especially the latter, is normally prevalent in households.

To work against dry air (if this is the case for you) you can have a humidifier going in your room as you sleep, which can help out if this is the only problem. I would venture a guess and say that it isn't though because of your other symptoms and that you're drinking more water.
