like when you say you feel like crap
do you mean you feel depressed
or you feel like you're tired all the
time, and achey?
the latter are symptoms of depression..
but i was just wondering

aw, i'm so so sorry you feel like crap all
the time. i'm your age as well, and have
been dealing with anxiety since the 7th
grade. i'm even on medication for
anxiety. my doctor said, although i'm
relatively happy too, that anxiety can be
closely linked with depression. for me,
just dealing with anxiety on a day to day
basis can be emotionally and physically
draining! from what i've learned, symptoms
of anxiety can be very broad, so there's a
lot. i know it's stressful and annoying
and unfair to always feel like crap, but i
promise that life is worth it. i'd sugest
talking to a doctor or counselor if it
might make you feel better! if you need
any advice, i'm here!

gogo Gogreen! You are very wise for
someone your age. I couldn't agree with
you more.
Reading this sounds like my own experience
and I can tell you, things will get better
if you are proactive and work at it.
There are people with answers and the
ability to help, you just have to reach
out for it. Find someone in person like a
couselor to talk to. Talk to your
guardian/parents or a school couselor and
ask them if they can help you find someone
to talk to.
Things will get better! Dont get
discouraged.

Lifetime Ahead of You Posted: 10-07-07 15:02pm
Teen years IMHO are the sometimes the
first signs of anxiety. You have alot
ahead of you to think about. What you want
your future to be, what colledge to
attend, get married or stay single for
awhile. These are all normal things but,
yes they are things that can cause
anxiety. You are faced with some of the
biggest decissions in your life right now.
Just try and take one step at a time and
one issue at a time.
You have a bright life ahead of you if you
don't roll them all up into one big
event.
Try and relax and put those pieces of the
puzzel together piece by piece. You can't
just take every piece and jumble them
altogether and say it is finished.
You will be just fine. If you feel this
problem is getting out of hand, then by
all means seek counseling before it gets
worse.
