Having an irregular cycle makes your most fertile days hard to determine since they are 14 days before the start of your next cycle. So 2 weeks before the first day of your next period.

It would be beneficial to you to start charting your cycles using basal body temperature charting. You can find out about it on the internet (fertility friend is helpful).

you can try every other day, just dont stress about getting pregnant.. dont make it into a chore.. just enjoy it and if you get pregnant then great!
