Can Vitamins help Anxiety while waiting for Lexapro ? Posted: 10-01-07 14:16pm
i am on lexapro now for about 3 weeks was
on it a while back and quit taking it but
now have started again i know you have to
be on it a while before it starts to work
i was wondering if there is any over the
counter vitamens that would also help with
this thanks

Hi I have anxiety to . What are your
symtoms? I take vitaman b 12 and regurlar
vitamans. They seem to help a little bit.

Just be careful on what vitamins you are
taking. Lots of them you are already
getting in your food intake and you don't
want to overpower yourself with two many
vitamins. Some are not that good for the
system. Check with you doctor first before
overdosing your body.
I am also on Lexepro and Klonopin.

yeah, umm be careful id have a bloodtest
done first because with my fibro i dont
eat healthy, never can force myself to and
my iron is low and pottasium high so sum
vitamins were actually dangerous for me...
