Q: Sensitive Nipples w/ odorless milky discharge

My breasts don't hurt but MAN are my nipples tender. I feel like I am gradually losing the body that I have known all these years. First, I get the abundance of odorless milky discharge and now my nipples are permanently erect and oh so sore! Is this normal for being only 6 weeks or does that not happen until I'm further along?

It's normal for your nipples to be sensitive but I'm not sure about the leaking nipples. Is this your first child?

it is normal for both. as long as the discharge does not began to have an outrageous odor, or a significant change in color (yellow or brown) then you should be okay. But the sore breast, that is never fun. check with your doctor to see if there are any home remedies that he/she recommends for you to do to get rid of the soreness. (maybe like cold wet compress) but congrats on your journey to motherhood, and enjoy every day of it, even the sore ones.lol
