Hello all,
I wanna share some of my part of my life and ask u one question.

i am a cool guy beliving in enjoying every moment.and also i can control my self in critical situations also. what happened is since some days, i have lost my control from my self and i have just became so much irregular in every condition. so i amm much worried about that. and some time i feel depressed. some time it increases that much that i loose hope of any success for me.

So please, tel me d way to come out from this condition...

I feel the same way too sometimes. Maybe you should see your school counsellor, I did that and it helped.

Cool -

Im sorry to say this but everyone is different. Combating depression requires a one on one session with a person who is educated in the matter. The people on these boards can not give you what you need, although Im sure we would all try till we are blue in the face.

The one thing we can give you is support and knowing that you are not a lone in this. For me, typing on these boards and reading others responses has helped a ton. So for now keep reading and learning about what you are experiencing.

Dont give up if there is no free counselor at your school, they do exist and if you look hard enough you may find one thats not too expensive. ITS WORTH IT!

Things will get better if you find someone to talk to face to face.
