What can cause dry flaky lips that peel - ? Posted: 10-04-07 15:29pm


I have had this problem for a little over two years now and have had no success curing it. The problem is this. On my bottom lip (just my bottom, top is fine), my lip gets dry and the skin becomes flaky and will peel off in sheets (like when u get a sunburn). I have to keep some kind of moisturizer on at all times. I currently use aquaphor. I head it could be dehydration. However I have had the problem for over 2yrs, I don’t think I could live that long dehydrated. I have also tried multi vitamins with no success. Do you have any suggestions?
