Ok well some info about myself. I am 6' 1"
maybe 6' 2", very skinny, only around
135-140 pounds. So yea you can imagine i
look very lankey. But my problem is that
my ab muscles seem to be misplaced on my
body. They are visible, i have a very hard
stomache but instead of the muscles being
in little pairs of two, there are four
muscles that zigzag down my stomache.
Where the space between two zigzaged
muscles isnt enough room for another
muscle to grow in. Im so confused and its
just a personal issue of mine. I do NOT
work out but i am very very active and
fairly healthy as in i rarely ever get
sick and eat fairly healthy. Please help
me!
